How many Watts/volts are you vaping at Ovi?? It's not uncommon for Hi-watters to go down to 3mg.

Partly, it's because there are chemicals added to cigarette tobacco to make it smoother in the throat and lungs -- ejuice doesn't have those chemicals, so you get the full topical effect of the nicotine and whatever else is in it. You may have to learn to inhale it differently, more like a pipe or cigar, rather than inhaling it deeply -- vaporized nicotine absorbs best in the mouth and throat anyway, rather than in the lungs.

Seems i must get those patches and get my 0nic juice doh ... i had alot of problem with vaping, devices broken and learn what's what, now that i have the devices redy here comes another one the juice, after i figure that out i think i can give leasson to other becouse i done so much freaking research that i know more than Wikipedia on the subject =)
Do you experience this pain across different brands of liquids? It may be possible that the vendor you bought your liquid from uses not so great quality nicotine. Do your juices come from a brand with a good reputation? I've vaped a few "cheaper" juices before and experienced a much harsher and somtimes pepper-y taste and feel from their nicotines than most of my other juices.
The pain i get is from all the nicotine juices and yes i can smoke vg juices with no nic produces by all vendors ... i ussualy smoke at 25w with 0.5 coil but somaone in a comment before told me to try the 1.2 and try a lower wattage ... same thing i cant vape any nicotine lvl juice but the 0nic is awensome.
I pushed inn and tryed to smoke throw the pain and i can say that is getting better slightley ... not enought but slightley ... who knows, maybie i get a neck pain tomorrow and cant vape at all or mayie il get used to it over time =) ... giving up analogs is hard stupid, decisions cost alot to fix
