I have made a few orders from Canvape in the last few months and after no issues with anything eventually one item had an problem. I got a defective button unit in an epower 14650 kit. I mentioned it to him and as it honestly might have just been a one time issue (the button stuck) he increased the warranty on it, just in case. Wow, thats new.

After a few days it was clear it was an ongoing issue. I only had to send one further email and that was promptly responded to with a offer to replace it.

Not ONLY that but he offered to test it personally for a bit prior to sending it.

I received the replacement today and it works great. Customer service could not have been more prompt, amicable and courteous.

I will be making many future orders from them I can assure you all. In fact especially if you are in Canada you should give them a try. :vapor:
