I've ordered from them, just a couple extra steps to go through. I had already done money transfers with my online banking so I was familiar with it but the first time I had to use that service I called my branch and they helped me with it step by step.

The shipping was fast but they made a mistake which they corrected very quickly. They sent me the wrong ego batt replacement and sent the right ones before i even sent the other ones back. This was a few weeks ago and I still have not sent back the batts, have not had the time but no complaints from them.

The main reason I ordered from them was because I was tired of waiting for happy vaper to get its stock in, each time something was back in stock something else went out of stock. Canvape had everything I was looking for all in one order.

i took my business else where. Kick ash vape. they seem to have a way better selection of things anyway.

That's too bad. I'm glad you enjoyed your experience with Kick Ash, but most of the best suppliers in Canada only use email money transfers, which are more secure, and if you had the patience to do the extra steps, you would be all set up to do business with most vendors in Canada.

Hopefully in the future you will look into it.

Sorry to hear that you've experienced hassles with using CC's Maestro, but it has never been the case with me.

There's always going to be some time involved during the claim>response>resolution period during the charge back process, but this buyer protection is afforded to you when you agree to the terms of your CC contract.

EMT has no protections; buyers agree to this during the transaction.

When I first bought from Canvape it was the first time I had used the EMT with a vendor. My credit union had a tutorial on the website, and it was very easy to do. They also had a series of FAQs that showed how safe and reliable the method of
payment is. I also read up and asked around about Canvape - reliable was the key word there.

I can't say I've really ever had a problem. However, I did order some juice from a vendor by mistake and wanted to cancel it before they shipped it out. However, their confirmation email stated they didn't accept cancellations. After looking up what you have to do the get a charge cancelled on your card I just decided it wasn't worth the hassle for $30.
