Capella vanilla flavours.

I have just branched out into mixing my own juice.
Amongst my home mixing stock I have Capella vanilla custard V1 and Capella French vanilla.
I have made a mix which I enjoy as it's from a basic recipe which I've adapted slightly for my personal taste.
What I would like to know so I can understand my flavourings better is 'What is the difference between the two juices in my mix?'
Is one creamier, sweeter etc?

Vanilla Custard is creamier for me Try to mix each flavor alone in litle bottle and try them. this is the best way to get to know your flavors and know what you like.
