I have just branched out into mixing my own juice.
Amongst my home mixing stock I have Capella vanilla custard V1 and Capella French vanilla.
I have made a mix which I enjoy as it's from a basic recipe which I've adapted slightly for my personal taste.
What I would like to know so I can understand my flavourings better is 'What is the difference between the two juices in my mix?'
Is one creamier, sweeter etc?
