capellas coconut

I bought this one to use as a mixer not really as a standalone flavor . It is not a strong flavor but it smooth and mellow and a real coconut . Its also a bold coconut and not citusy like some . Its best right around 15% . Im sure i can use this in some recipes . Capellas always get the flavors right .I dont know how they do it . Must have a big staff of taste testers .

I use a lot of Coconut, and even though it isn't overly strong as a stand-alone, it sure does shine in some of my tropicals I mix.

Tom is meticulous on his flavors, Str8. One time when I was over there, I asked Tom why he didn't do Butterscotch, and he said because we just haven't gotten it right yet. Another time he was all smiles and said "Wait til you taste our Plum that's coming out in a couple of weeks, tastes just like Dr. Pepper." And that could be why they no longer offer it - tastes more like Dr. Pepper than Plum, lol.
