Just a quick question, is this flavor more of and enhancer to other flavors In other members opinions. I tryed mixing from 2% clear up to 20% and never got more than a hint of flavor even after a short over night steep. I really Like TV's atomic cinnacide but would just be happy with a sweet cinnamon vape. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ive search the forums for 3 hours this morning already.

Overnight steep is still quite short. Sit on it a week and try it out, some flavours really don't shine until they've sat for quite a while.
Remember you can over flavor something as well and it wont taste any better. Always start in low flavor levels and slowly work your way up. Rec is right about giving mixes some time to steep. I have some mixes that taste adequate after a week but are mind blowing after a month.
I haven't tried Cap's red hot cinnamon but I do use TFA RHC and it is perfect for me at 10%. There's a good recipe on the TFA website for RHC mixed with EM. Flavor Reviews
