In most cases, Capella's tends to ship within 2-4 days and if you choose standard UPS Ground, then you'll be waiting 3-5 days depending on where you're located. With UPS, you can't count Saturday or Sunday in the equation. They don't run on Saturday unless you pay extra and they flat out don't run on Sunday at all.

If they're simply out of a specific flavor it may take another 3-5 days to get it in and fill existing orders, including yours. If they can substitute multiple smaller bottles to make up for a larger order, in most cases, they will (and have for me in the past, without me asking) just to get the order out. Sometimes it's possible, sometimes it's not. Vanilla Custard is a very popular flavor, as an example, which is why you see other vendors, like ecigexpress, out all the time. When customers of theirs don't see it, chances are they go direct and pay a few dollars more which means their stock gets lower + they're trying to fill vendor orders as well.

It's a never-ending cycle :).


I would highly recommend getting in touch with them using the contact form. Tom normally responds to all of my e-mails directly (I'm not special nor a wholesaler, he just tends to be the one who replies). I've never had to wait more than 24-48 hours for a reply.
