All depends on your taste, some of the flavors are great at 10%, like Chocolate Coconut Almond, others I need to mix at 25%, like Blueberry, to get a good taste. 10% is a good starting point.
I like strong flavor and I use 80% VG so I hover at 20- 24% flavoring on most mixes but there are a few that are under and a few that are over that percentage.
You NEED to understand they change over time... and get more powerful. That brownie at 10% may be great today, 2 days later it will suck. My raspberry now at 10% after several days is very strong, almost overpowering-- it wasn't initially. My initial mistake with Capella's was going the 15%-20% route and letting them sit. They get much stronger over time... Be warned. The longer they will sit, the lower you should start. 20% raspberry you vape immediately will be light and great, 20% that sat for 2 weeks will be so strong it will blow out your tastebuds after 3 hits (then it will seem flavorless and you will dump in MORE flavor like I did). That's why Capellas is tricky to time right. My rough advice for most normal flavors (not strong ones like cin danish, brownie, gingerbread, cake batter) would be:
15-20% to vape that day/immediately
15% vape next 1-2 days
10% to sit longer....
I've been using Capellas for a couple weeks now and find that 10% or less works great on most flavors. I really don't even approach 10%, more like 5-8%. Let them steep a couple days and they're just right, for me.
There is a very large Capella's thread in this section of the forum if you do a search for it. Also be sure to check the recipe section--many use these flavors.
