I have an Ego and I want to know if I can use the car charger attachment I got with my 510 passthrough. The Ego charger has a USB port so it will fit, but I dont want to damage either. Thanks in advance! Y'all are so smart!!

It should be fine as long as it is 5V and rated for 500 mA or more. If your PT is fine on it, the eGo charger should be too. In general, if you do not already have a charger, we recommend 5V 1 Amp, in the event that you get a PV that requires it, but for what you have now your charger should be good.
