Give this one at least 2 to 3 weeks steep time to develop. Not completely horrible shake and vape, but really comes out much better after a month.

Caramel (Original) (TPA) 7%
Cream Fresh (FA) 2%
Dulce de Leche (TPA) 3%
Oak Wood (FA) 1%

I could probably do a substitute but I wouldn't be doing your recipe justice and besides...at least I'll have those flavors in the future if I should ever need them. I've got...lets just say several...that I haven't even used yet but I have em on hand.
