Carcinogens in the patch and gum.

I checked out the official websites for NicoDerm CQ (the patch) and Nicorette gum. Both of these products claim that they do not contain any carcinogens found in cigarettes. It seems that this could be the grounds for a lawsuit.

So basically, you could just substitute PV's for the words Nicorette and The Patch.

I know a guy who has been using the gum for years now. He doesn't want to smoke but needs his nicotine. So much for cessation. Time for him to start vaping; it would be cheaper.

Maybe Yvilla or JustJulie or another legal mind could answer this for ya. I'm not that versed in the law.
