So this is my first e lquid review but I've reviewed many products on-line
So I won a Spring Vapor contest and was asked to give a review....so I received the flavor Carnival at 18mg and a 50/50 blend
Smell: So as soon as I opened the bottle I took a sniff of the flavor and it had a nice smell to it. Hard to describe the smell as a specific flavor but it had a pleasant smell to it. vaping it and my roomate commented about the smell, I asked him to describe it but he couldn't, said it smelled good and it was noticeable but said it wasn't a specific smell.
Taste: So to give this juice a good review, I grabbed a freshly charged battery with a brand new carto. Filled it and vaped, theres some flavor there but again nothing I could really nail down in terms of flavor. The flavor wasn't too strong either, very faint. It also seems to have a "ting" to it, never experienced it before with vaping. It kind of hit you like a cider would, almost like a fall apple cider alittle.
Vapor: Vapor is there, it's not a heavy vapor like a straight VG product would but it's pretty good none the less.
Throat Hit: No throat hit really to speak of. I like the throat hit and this was missing with this juice. It could be the 50/50 blend but it wasn't nearly as strong as most of the other juices I've tried.
So that was what I thought of the juice when I first got it. The date listed on the bottle was only a few days earlier so I then let it steep a bit, put it in my closet with the top off, shaking it every night before bed. Yesterday I figured I'd use Carnival as my vape during the football games and I didn't want to wait too long to hold up my end of the agreement for a review....
Smell: Straight out of the bottle the smell has the same smell as before. Hard to describe as a specific flavor. Once I started vaping it the room started to smell good. Again nothing I could really nail down and my roomate wasn't around for his opinion. I left the room for a short period of time and came back, there was a faint caramel type smell in the room, it was a nice aroma and wasn't overbearing.
Taste: The taste did get stronger since the first time I tried it. This time I'm getting more of the flavor on inhale and a caramel after taste on exhale. It was much more noticeable. Sometimes on inhale I'm getting an appleish flavor but nothing too strong. I guess I could compare it to a really light apple lollipop covered in caramel. Wish it has more apple flavor to it though. Still getting the "ting" in my mouth which def reminds me of a fall cider. It may be alittle to early in the season still but this feels like it could be a good halloween type vape.
Vapor: Vapor hasn't changed at all. Its there, not to heavy and not to light.....middle of the road
Throat hit: Throat hit improved a lot. It went from nothing to middle of the road type throat it. Basically perfect throat it, not too harsh but noticeable for enjoyment. That "ting" type hit I'm getting could be contributing a bit to this as well.
Overall it's not the best liquid I've ever tested but it's not terrible either. I wouldn't recommend it as an everyday vape but when the leaves start falling off the trees it could be a nice vape in that crisp fall weather. I continue to let it steep and if I notice any differences I will note them in here.
