For the first time ever I tried my passthrough in a car with a built in USB port and sure enough it works. I will not speak for all cars but I can confirm it works in an 09 Cobalt. Anyone else try this? What about a USB charger?

I have an '09 Chrysler T&C and have been using my PT the USB port on the dash from day 1. Never a glitch.
I have a USB port in my car and use it for charging my phone and my batteries. Haven't used it for the PT, but I don't see why it would be a problem.
Have been using the USB car adapter with passthrough since last March and work's GREAT until it fell apart last week! (another on order) Tried the built in USB in my husband's new truck and as someone say's here........it's da bomb! (wish I had the built in in MY CAR)
my car is way too old for built in usb ports... but my bfs car has one and it wont work on his. 
Time for a new car -- darn, didn't know vaping could be that expensive

You right Bobby, it works great in my car's USB port.
Didn't try the USB charger yet but I will and let u know...however If you want to find out u know where my car is so stop by my office and I get u the keys....NO free rides though!!

I have a car with mutiple ports and mine has worked while also using other ports.
