Cart filling question

    Yep, agreeing with SannerSays, especially on those like the 401s with an 'inner cart' that's not part of the mouthpiece, they can slid down too far slightly, so before I put the cart on, I push them up slightly from underneath with a tack, then let the atty position it where it 'wants it,' in good contact.

    I know I've seen someone saying they trim the cart wick, but unless it's grossly past the cart end, I don't see the point - you *want* the cart wick to make good contact with the atty wick/bridge, or it's not going to perform well.

    When I refill those types of cartridges, I push the "inner cart" up to the top to fill...then use the provided rubber stopper to push the "inner cart" back in. Using the stopper makes sure you don't push it too far into the mouthpiece.
