Carto cleaner...Does it work?

Found this while out surfin'. Has anyone tried it?

Cartomizer/Atomizer Cleaning Kit - With 10ml Control Syringe, Luer-lock compatible w/cleaning tubes and instructions

Or would I just be better off boiling them?

I use a macgyvered system, similar to this and I do think they work better than boiling. Seems I'm able to get more of the water out and I don't have to fool with putting them in a pot. hth!

You can make one of these. Cut the bottom out of a carto condom, super glue it onto the luer-lock on a 10cc syringe, or use it on a cheap turkey baster if you don't have a syringe.

Vodka isn't a viable choice for everyone. I'm sure there are plenty of people here who can't have alcohol in their homes.

I use a turkey baster, a rubber grip off a Zebra Z-grip ink pen, and 90% isopropyl.

They do work but it is much easier to just use a 30 or 60 ml syringe (some vendors sell them), then go to Lowes and get a piece of Latex Tubing. Shop Watts 1' x 3/8" Latex Latex Hose at Lowes.com The tubing fits tightly on the drip tip end of the carto and will also fit on the Luer Lock Connection of the syringe. That's what I am using to clean my cartos if I don't just pitch them.

Any time you boil the cartos, there is only a 50/50 chance it will work afterwards
