Or, you could just get this from your local Walgreens.
It is what I use.

For me, that unit was a good first step, and it's what led me to make my own. I quickly tired of having to force the carto into white part just to have it shoot out as soon as I depressed the plunger. Holding the carto in place with one hand while working the plunger with the other wasn't really an option. To me, the obvious solution was to mount a battery connector to the syringe -- it screws on quickly and holds securely in place

I saw a video of someone using a turkey baster and a rubber grip once.
I will probably start with the least expensive and work my way up to the one that works best for me. I see that the smoktek cleaner will do 510's what about the 808's?

Different paths can lead to the same destination. Which one you take is up to you :) Nice finds everyone.

I just love you guys, all of you!
Vapian, thank you for your kind and thoughtful response. You truly do have a great concept there, one that I had not considered when I put this kit together. My intent and main purpose for using the Control syringe, is cleaning. It's difficult to grip those regular syringes when they get wet and slippery! I also include two different size tubes, both are countersunk on the ends to help with getting them on bigger cartos, and to prevent the rolling of the wrappers. Since I always used needles to fill, I never thought of sucking up juice with a syringe for the same reason I don't like the condom method, too messy for me!
Now though, since seeing your video, I need to go try it. I'm not nearly as fussy as I used to be about getting juice on me! Great minds think alike they say. Perhaps you and I are indeed linked through the universe in some fashion. Regardless, I respect you and appreciate what you have to offer everyone.
Take good care.

I had only picked up on Vapian's thread a couple of days ago and was fascinated by the direction it was taking. I also thought that FantWriter's fixed thread was a step in the right direction. It inspired me to order a few syringes, bottles and caps to try another angle at filling.

Then CigarMan comes out with that "utility" syringe which is going to be better for cleaning than a standard syringe.

I 2nd Grammie, we have some intelligent people here!!!

Trust me guys, I put this together from my own feeble little brain several months ago. I've never heard of Vapian or seen his product till tonight! Great concept I might add. But these really are two completely different things. Check it out, you'll see a vast difference in them. I use this sucker for cleaning mostly while using smaller syringes for filling carto's. But with the addition of a needle you can use this to fill just as well!
just sayin...

Sorry it took me so long to respond, but I was out of town for a couple of days... I would have addressed this sooner had I been aware of it...

There is certainly room for multiple people to come up with similar ideas, and these make sense, as many of us use syringes for other purposes... When something's laying around, we all may start to see other uses, and it's certainly not implausible for this to happen... You have to admit, the similarities are many. The use, however, is slightly different.

It's not that you should particularly care what I think, but I want to apologize for jumping to that conclusion. I should not have assumed that this was a direct idea theft, nor should I have publicly said so, regardless of what I thought. I apologize.

Further, it's always good to see as many options as possible out there. It's good that those who wish to tinker have the option to build their own, and those that don't have the option of purchasing yours.

Vapian, thanks so much for sharing your idea. CigarMan, thanks for making your idea easily available to the public as a very reasonable price.

CigarMan, again, I apologize for speaking out about something I really don't know anything about. Vapian, thanks for being so gracious with your response.

I followed this link from another thread, and I though it worthy of posting for everyone. I think this is something new, at least, I've never seen anything like it. Looks like a new company.

Carto/Atty Cleaner Kit - Control Syringe, Luer-lock,10ml - Cartomizer Cleaner / Filler w/cleaning tube

I hope it works as well as they say. I just cleaned about 50-60 cartos(all kinds) by boiling for 15 minute cycles until the water was clear. They came out good as new, but it took a while.

If it works like they say, it gonna save a lot of time. Also, use ecf5 for a discount. Postage is reasonable as well. I just ordered 2.

Check out amazon.com. Depending on your carto, you might want 19g or 20g. If needle is too thin, thick juice will have a hard time getting through the needle. If needle is to thick, it might block filler hole not allowing air in the carto, building up pressure inside of it that won't let the juice in. I like 10 cc syring or more--you can apply more pressure to push the juice into the carto.

So how come no great minds are doing the color-change-with-a-click rotating jewel on the end of wireless e-cigarettes (especially KR808d-1s)?

Jung would want one. And he would be really mad that the collective subconscious has so dropped the ball on this important aesthetic health issue.

it shall be called "The Pimp Cane"
