Where you least expect it....
I'm going to assume that the cartos have been used. You can put them in a pot and boil them for a few minutes until you can smell the e-liquid. Rinse them in cold water, blow out the excess, and repeat. Until you can't smell the e-liquid anymore. That will also kill all the germs in the process.

Drying time depends on your environment in your area. It can take as little as a few days to a few weeks. Some bake them a little in the oven. But, I haven't tried that before and so, I can't comment on that.

A lot of people boil the cartomizers and atomizers once the e-juice has had a chance to build up on the coils. I usually clean mine (or throw them out if i know they are unressurectable lol) after about 2 weeks of use. By then, the coils are coated in dried on e-liquid particulates, the carto is performing poorly from lack of heat, the flavors are mixing from multiple juices, and the draw gets tighter and tighter. If the draw gets very tight, i straiten out a paperclip and I carefully push it through the bottom hole in the battery connection end. That sometimes frees up a bubble of stuck juice and it pours out the bottom end. Then, I either boil my cartos, Or, OR, I do something that hasn't been mentioned here yet. I put them in a cup of clean, scentless, high grade, high content, alcohol. This will surely get rid of any germs lingering in the carto or atty.

But, I for one, believe in germs. I hate overcleaning. I think we all need to be exposed to germs to improve our immune systems throughout life and over cleaning can be harmful to the respiratory system. I wash my hands when they look dirty. I take care when handling raw meats or things known to harbor fatal germs, but I try not to be ..... Germs are good for you.

Yes they were used by a member of the ECF Who send them to me He said he already clean them But I'm just real bad when it comes to germs And I didn't know if it would kill all the germs by boiling them

the end is here. the end of smoking that is lol vape on

The heat that's generated from boiling them will definitely kill the germs. Also remember that the filler material can retain things such as alcohol. If you do end up using that, then make sure it's not isopropyl alcohol. Pretty sure you don't want that in your lungs.

After using alcohol you can put them in a frying pan to evaporate it all within the filler maybe. thats speculation but I'm guessing it would work. any alcohol has a low evaporation temp. it evaporates quite easily especially with heat. of course, be careful heating alcohol, lol. thats also a bit dangerous if you dont watch it.
