Carto flooding on the third fill?

Ok, so I am new to tanks and cartomizers. I have Boge 3.0 cartos and an M1A1 Buzz tank. Here is the issue: I fill it once, it is fine.. Fill it twice, it is fine.. on the third fill I noticed that juice is coming through the hole on the 510 connector and on to my mod.

This happened on the first carto i punched... I figured I made the hole too big.. so on the second one, I punched the hole smaller... is my hole still too big or is normal? I was hoping to get more than a couple days out of a carto.
