Carto for Epower

Have been vaping with the Epower 14650 and CE2 carto for about a year. I am a chain vaper usually using the darker juice, as I like the tobacco and coffee flavors, a 50/50 mix at 10 mg nic. I prefer a non-filler carto and like the clear ones so I can see when I am getting low. Getting ready to stock up on some cartos and was wondering if something better has come along in the last year. Dual coil, bottom coil and all those other terms are Greek to me and not sure what to look for in regards to a carto for an Epower. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

From what I have read, my epower is 3.7 voltage and/or 1050 mah. Here is what I need help with. It appears that carto have different omhs resistance and if you purchase the wrong resistance for your pv it will affect how the carto works. I think I need a low resistance carto around 1.8 but some ce2 don't show the resistance number and others only go down to 2.5 or something like that. The GotVape has Fluxomizer CE2 listed at 1.8 however for the last year, I have never been able to find them in stock. I am confused as to the numbers range I should get for the cartos.

The epower seems to be compared to an ego however it doesn't have the threads like an ego. Some cartos say it works on egos and SOME 510s. Will any 510 carto work on an epower? I was looking at VISION Nano clearomizer bottom coil and Kanger T4 Top Coil but not sure if these would work on the epower.

I also read dark juice also impacts the life of a carto as well as the burning of the juice so was wondering if there are different resistance needed for dark and light juice.

Or am I just making this whole process more complicated than it should be.
