1) What is the best way to enlarge existing holes in cartos?

2) Who makes cartos with big holes?

I prefer higher VG juice and am trying to avoid dry hits.

1) What is the best way to enlarge existing holes in cartos? With a big hole carto punch... but they usually distort the tube. Better to use a small taper carbide punch and do 4 holes.

2) Who makes cartos with big holes? Ikenvape, and Boge makes laser slotted cartos. (Surevape has them)

I was thinking of using dremel tungsten carbide bits to enlarge the holes.

I'm on the notification list for the IKV S 3.0

I have some IKV platinum that need to be punched, have punch on order from phiniac, will this work?

Isaac had a thread going last week about the slotted vs the 2X3mm hole cartos. Apparently, he's unsure if he wants to just do the single 10mm slot (which is kinda what he's done now) and drop the 2X3mm... or do both types.
I guess Boge, who makes his cartos to spec, may be making him a better deal on the slotted tubes (or charging him more for the holed ones)... so he's looking at cost considerations. It's a mystery wrapped in a conundrum... or something.

I prefer the 2 3mm holes. I have a couple a friend gave me.

I got a couple cartos from local B&M that have 2 large slots they may let in a little too much juice.

I don't mind paying a bit more for something that works good.
