I punched 4 small holes with a saddle valve in a 1.7ohm Smoktech Resurrector and put it in the smaller smoktech tank with a 100% PG mix. Worked fine for 2 days, about 3 maybe 4 refills but after the last refill it started leaking out the bottom of the carto, and all over my kgo battery. Why? Is this just a sign it went bad. Also, how long should a carto in a tank last, I have a 2.0ohm smoktech in another small tank and it has been vaping fine for days now.

I use one punched hole for a 70/30 mix, and it works good. I have had a couple cartos that after a couple days started to get a stiff draw and start flooding. Just the material in it I guess that is somehow different. I would just change cartos and punch less holes and see what happens. The only other reason for the flooding I can think of, is you have air getting in there, from the caps or o-rings not making a seal.
