Carto is DOA D:

Bought a bunch of cartos a couple months ago and have been going through them pretty slowly (I boil mine and only use 2 flavors at a time). Anyway, today I filled up a new one, screwed it on, and... Nothing. I tried a pretty hard puff and got vapor, but just barely. I tried pulling the pin out a little bit, but it hasn't done much.
Not too worried about fixing it, just wondering if anyone has ANY idea what could be wrong? I'm just curious as pulling the pin has always been efficient at fixing them in the past!

Since you're getting some vapor, just not as much as you were expecting, I'd suspect that the resistance on that carto is kind of high. If you've got a VV pv you could adjust your voltage higher to compensate. If not then you're probably going to have to toss it and try another one.
