I haven't had any luck with smok carto's.
You can't set both watts & volts at the same time on the vamo it's one or the other.
3.7 v + 3.2 ohm carto = 4.27 watts
7 watts + 3.2 ohm carto = 4.733 volts.

Burning juice with a 3.2 ohm carto using that little power suggests wicking problems / crappy carto or an inaccurate power device.
I assume you punched a hole or two in it and properly primed the carto before inserting it into the tank.

A little halfling on top of a Vamo? Ooooo Kkkkk....:laugh: I guess they are sort of cute.

First off, my thoughts are how did you prime the little cartomizer? This is always the most important step of setting up a cartotank, and determines how well that carto will perform for the rest of its life in that tank. The polyfill in the carto must be totally saturated and look like a slushy drink on top before putting it into the tank.

I know OCD from IBTanked suggests the "Fiddle with your Thingy" method of priming the carto. I guess it works for most folks, but I for one don't particularly care for it. It's a "blind" method, and you can't really know for sure how much juice is actually getting into the carto.

I prefer my "Drip & Flip" methodhttp://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-5-baditudes-cartomizer-tank-setup-guide.html to set up my cartotanks. I can see directly how juice I add to the carto and how well the polyfill is absorbing it. I know exactly when the carto is fully primed because it looks like a slushy drink when I'm finished.

I'm assuming you used a punched carto, right?

Have you tried other flavors besides the Rootbeer? Have you tried those other flavors in other juice attachments? Did you get better results with those attachments or similar? I'm pulling straws here...

I punched two holes in the carto.
This is the vamo it sits on Vamo V4 S Mod - www.simply-mods-creations.be
Its a V4 version. Not sure if that makes a difference in the adjusting of the volts or watts. Any suggestions??
Interesting looking mod. Is it easy to work? Looks like it might be awkward to get to the fire button.

What mod you use shouldn't make any difference in how a flavor tastes, it's all about the e-liquid and the juice attachment (including it's resistance) and the battery voltage.

You still haven't said if you tried other flavors besides the Rootbeer? Have you tried those other flavors in other juice attachments? Did you get better results with those attachments or similar? What flavors were they? Give us something to work with here, Peppie.

Thanks Bad,
I have used other devices, Mainly RDA's. I know that the flavor comes out best in the dripping style.
I have tried a couple of tobacco flavors in the carto. 80/20 and 20/80 I even cut additional slots in the carto(besides the two punched holes) The thicker juice wouldnt wick in the two holes.
Other flavors were fruit flavored.

The SMC Vamo4 rigg is actually quite comfortable in the hand. I also like the heavy weight the extra brass adds to the rig.
