Ive got some smoke tech dual coil mega cartos and an ego battery in the mail. Right now I'm running a basic 510. Way back when, I had one of those gas station crap e cigs where I would have to buy new cartos every day and just throw them out. Convenient but crazy expensive. I want to get back to that a little. I want something I can carry around and that will NOT LEAK. Ive been carrying my 510 around with some juice and theres always leakage. Im also thinking about a tank but I think that maybe a bit over kill and messy. I feel like a tank isnt realy a pocket freindly device. So if anyone has sugestions for cartos or small tanks that will NOT LEAK and will work well on a 650mah ego battery let me know. Thanks

Hey Jakester, I use tanks all the time and keep my device in my pocket always and never have leaking issues.

The 510 your using, are you using cartos with that device or an atty setup? Trying to understand why you are having leaking issues.

As far as carto suggestions for your Ego battery you have on the way I would recommend either Boge 2.0 ohm low resistance cartos or the smoke tech 1.7 ohm also known as resurrectors. These two cartos are all I use and they are great, very reliable, very consistant, and great vapor and flavor.

They do make some long thin carto tanks.

The dual coils cartos, if they are the XL ones, hold 40 - 50 drops of liquid and will work fine on the eGo batteries, the batteries just need recharging more often as there are two coils at work. One full carto should last nearly a day and is pocketable on the eGo with no leaks. A spare filled carto with the caps (condoms) on it and a spare eGo battery and you're good for the day, no muss, no fuss.

There are some who worry that the dual coils will shorten the useful life of the eGo batteries, particularly the 1.5-1.7 ohm dual coils, but those are the cartos we use on eGo's and the batteries are going strong at 6+ months. They even make eGo mega dual coil cartos (emdcc) that are higher capacity at those ohm ranges. There are also slim ego width tanks to use with dual coil cartos that are punched if you want capacity and a tank. For completely no leak the EMDCC is the high capacity option if the regular diameter cartos don't suit you. Good luck with your new setup!

Hi, i suggest DC tank smokteck 3.5 ml, 1.5 cartom / xl 1.7 single coils that consume less battery power and a cone to hide the thread of the ego.

I think you will like the EGO and EMDCC carto (if that's the one you mean) just fine. I've been rockin' this combo for a few months now and it's the best I have found in 10 months of vaping.

If it's the EMDCC carto, first fill will hold about 100 drops.

I started to same way as you and the cartos were killing me to replace until I got currious and decided to take the tip off and learned you can refill them. Buy a bottle of e-liquid and refill them. I like tanks too but remember you get what you pay for and the cheapy ones tend to leak..

I agree with MattyT, the Ressurectors from Crystal Clear have converted me to a carto user. With free shipping and the "bundle" price they are a great deal.
