I have been vaping with the Ego Vision 2 cartos for about 1 year. I really like them because they are so easy to refill and maintain. I am running out of the coils and it's time to get new ones.

Are there any new cartomizers better than the Vision 2? Haven't kept up with all the new e-cigs stuff.

I use a Joyetech eVic and Ego Twist batteries.

There is a version 3 of those Clearomizers, or you might try Nano's
Cartomizers are a different style from what you are using.

I believe Vision is on version 3 now.

Kanger has the T3 clearomizers and the pyrex clearomizer called the Kanger Pro Tank.

Like any other juice carrying devices, you'll hear good and bad stories about them all.

Personally, I prefer using cartotanks. Mainly the pyrex IBTanks, with Ikenvape 510 Fusion cartomizers.

I second that...IBTanks with Ikenvape Mega 510 fusion is the only way I vape. A match made in heaven at 4.5-5.0 volts.
