As New2vaps said, it's relatively normal to see less than a drop of liquid on the connector pin of your battery device. This can come from vaporized liquid returning to a liquid state from the air tube in the cartomizer.

Any more than that, you are either over-filling when you prime your carto or accidentally got juice in the airhole when filling (use a toothpick), or you are flooding the carto from an improper draw technique.

Draws on a cartotank should be long and gentle - 4-6 seconds long. Think sucking a straw in a milkshake. Short hard pulls causes too much liquid to feed from the tank to the carto.

If you are tool-punching your own holes, they may be too large or too many.

This is the way I setup my cartotanks: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/baditude/3710-5-cartomizer-tank-setup.html

*Be aware that the cheapo cartotanks are more likely to leak than a higher quality tank. Rubber seals are not air/liquid tight.

I almost always have a little something of a drop on the post. It's not like it's going to short the battery or anything, if that's what you're thinking. Altho it may cause problems when screwed onto charger.

If the carto has a constant leak, it will be all over the place- not just a drop. If you condom fill, you have to really blow it out well, and then still you'll get some for awhile.

    No biggie.
