Carto tanks with threads?

Is there any carto tank that doesn't use washers or grommets? The washers just makes it too easy to accidentally push the carto out and make a mess. I want something that is more hassle free and that I can confidently carry without worrying about it.

What tanks have you been using?

I have cartotanks from several vendors, and aside from possibly the most inexpensive Smoktech tanks (which found the trash can) none of my tanks are loose on the carto and I've never had a leak or a mess from an end cap accidentally being pulled off nor the tank.

I just got a tank from ibtanked and I'm using the cartomizers that came with it. The bottom cap came off while pushing the carto through and wasted a lot of my juice

The AGR and UDCT are 2 mass produced locking tanks. I also do not like the o-ring only held together tanks, have to treat them like babies.
