I have a map tank that ive been using with boge LR cartos, however i want to know is there any way to make a cartomizer tank into an atomizer tank?

Yes, you can use a cartomizer tank like the Map Tank on an atomizer. This thread fits a 306 atomizer into a DCC Tank which should be similar to the Map Tank.
