I am quite confused with the 510-910 etc names of the e-cigs. I don't know what kind of e-cig is my EGo-T - if it belongs to one of these 510-910 etc. categories. So, I ended up buying cartomisers (VOLT) that do not fit (or maybe I don't know how to make them fit ).
Can you please let me know what kind of cartomisers should I order next time in order to fit to my EGo-T? What should I check before I order them? Should I need anything else?

Your eGo-T is sort of a two in one affair.

The center part is a 510 connection. The 510 designation refers to the size/threads dimensions.

So basically, if a 510 battery can use it, so can your eGo-T battery. In addition, because of the configuration on teh top of the battery, it can use some things that not every 510 device can.

For example: My ProVari is threaded 510. I can put any 510 carto or atty on it. In order to use the big eGo Mega though, I have to add an adapter to give enough clearance. The adapter looks like the bottom of a carto on one end, and like the end of an eGo battery on the other end.

Something else that could cause confusion - The eGo cone that you may have received when you got your kit. What that's for is when you are using a 510 carto or atty, you can slip that over it to give a more (opinion) aesthetically pleasing appearance. I also feel like having a cone installed adds a bit of stability and support in case of a fall. Not sure it really does, and I hope to never test the theory. If you have no cone - no worries - it's in no way mandatory.

Thanks cavibird...So this VOLT is not a 510 cig? How can you tell the difference?

The VOLT is a KR-808D. It has a female thread connection on it. The 510 is a male thread.

Depending how many of those you have, it may be worth your while to get an adapter, from what I've seen they are like $3-5(US).

I also recommend the eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer, aka EMDCC, for your eGo T. Get'em at Mad Vapes or Vaping Zone. I also suggest getting a couple of 510 shorty extensions in case of fitment problems. Sometimes the battery center post on the carto gets pushed up and it doesn't make connetion with the battery. Both vendors sell them.

The EMDCCs sometimes have a problem with the center battery post in the carto being pushed up into the carto so they don't make contact with the battery. Sometimes they don't have that problem. The shorty extension, on the carto end, is a bit longer so it makes the contact. A paper clip can also be used to pull the center pin down, but I've found out that sometimes that doesn't work. It's not really an adapter, as it only works with 510 stuff.

Just noticed the OP is in Greece. Wonder if they're available there?

Something like that should be pretty available anywhere, shouldn't it?

I was looking up the bottom end of my Smok EMDCC, and the center post has a slot running across it. I put a screwdriver in it and cranked it in a quarter turn then tried to fire it up. Nothing. Backed it out a quarter and it hit fine.

At least this brand is adjustable, it seems.
