but for the love of god can someone tell me where I can get these two meters or who I can buy one off of?
Absolutely EVERYBODY seems to be out of stock.

It's out of stock...they way I got mine was to visit the site often and snagged one of seven that was in stock. Only took a few days of checking until I got one. Make sure you order an adapter if you need one as well. Had to add one last minute before the order was shipped. Great customer service at madvapes.com .... NOTE: Mine didn't come with AA batteries* hence a bit cheaper at $20
