I've noticed a lot of talk about juice flavors, but I'm wondering if anyone has any advice as to where I can find the best flavored pre-filled cartomizers?

Well, damn. You stumped me on this one. Im pretty sure people will chime in on this.
Me, I never got the pre-filled cartos before. I always got the empty ones and just filled my favorite juice in them. Not hard to do. And I would imagine it would be cheaper that way.

I am just getting started and have ordered 2 flavored juices and a cartomizer with the new pv I just ordered.but I don't really have a collection of juices and am overwhelmed by the choices! I'm trying to narrow down the choices for now. LOL!
I wish I could give you a good answer, but I picked dry tobacco flavors that I ended up not liking. I am goiong to spend the evening reverse spinning them out and then refilliing with some of the good flavors I have bought. Let me know if you find any good prefilled ones.
