cartomizer help?

I just got a cartomizer. I filled it up with a syringe with a plastic needle. I filled it half way.

I used it and I get tons of vapor and no TH.

Am I doing something wrong?

Which PV are you using and which cartomizer and ohm are you using? I'm assuming since you used a plastic needle and syringe to fill it that it's a CE2. The ohm of that carto and the voltage of your battery might be the reason for lack of throat hit.

i'm using an riva 510. i don't know what cartomizer it is.
