Cartomizer not working with my ego

So im new to this but i went out and bought MadVapes 510 Ego Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer Kit and have been using it for a couple days now and it has been working great with 2 of the cartomizers ive been having in rotation. I just got my new order of juices from BWB and got a couple fresh Dual Coil cartomizers out and poured some juice in and threw it on the battery to give it a taste and it wont seem to recognize that the cartomizers on there. The LED light will light up but then when i let go itll blink a couple times and not work again till i throw on one of my other cartomizers that have been working for it. Any suggestions on what im doing wrong?

Make sure the batt and carto center posts are making contact. You can pull 'em out, but just a lil' bit. DO NOT rotate the center posts.

And how exactly can i go about doing that? tried taking thin metal point in the middle and wedging it up but dident work
