eVaporClouds eJuice eliquid has the cheapest SR cartos 5pk boges for 5.50 and CCV has the 3)5pk deal for 20bucks out the door ( I just heard he is closed for awhile right now sorry ) and Nitelitevapor has 5pk boges LR for 6.50 plus shipping not a bad price. DC usually gives you a hotter vape and better vapor production breaking it down to about 1.7ohms per coil and gives you clouds of vaper, I usually don't use the DC but alot of people like them.

CClaire,

The best advise I can give you is to purchase the cartos from Hoosier.

1. You will get the shipment faster. I get shipments from Hoosier about 4 business days after ordering but with the very reasonable $4.00 shipping fee. Sure beats free shipping and waiting two weeks or more. I can get stuff faster from China in less than than two weeks.

2. With the E-Power 14650 (which I believe you have) the best cartos I can recommend are the Smoktech single coil 1.7 ohm LR XL and the Smoktech single coil 2.0 ohm LR XL. Both are available from Hoosier (and other vendors). The Smoktech 1.7 LR XL is nicknamed "Resurrector" at CCV, although the very same carto is available from Hoosier and other vendors without the catchy nickname.

3. I'd recommend ordering both the Smoktech single coil 1.7 ohm LR XL and the Smoktech single coil 2.0 ohm coil LR XL from Hoosier, as CCV is experiencing delivery delays. Discover for yourself which carto you like best. I use both. The 1.7 ohm is warmer with a little more vapor production on the E-Power 14650, the 2.0 ohm runs cooler with a little less vapor production.

4. Most users of the E-Power 14650 (myself included) find that LR single coil cartos excel with this 3.7V device while dual coils offer mediocre performance.

Thanks for your replies! I had a terrible ordering experience from Hoosier so I'm hesitant to order from there again. He sent me a bad switch weeks after knowing about the bad switch issue. A couple of days after he was supposed to have sent the new switch, I called to ask a question about cartos and he told me he had forgotten to send me the new switch..

I've been reading quite a bit about popular suppliers dropping the ball lately, so I thought this thread would result in some names of different suppliers..

Thats actually not correct. A dual coil on 3.7V will actually give a cooler vape. A 1.5ohm DC is actually 2 3.0ohm coils.
I agree with the others and feel dual coils on the lower voltages are nothing special. Their alittle better on a 3.7V PV compared to a 3.3-3.4V eGo, but their still not great. I find dual coils only really shine in the 4-5V range.

CCV will have the site up and running again on Monday. Their not taking orders for certain times in the day so orders wont take as long to get to you. Even with the backup, Ive always gotten my orders in a reasonable time. Maybe a few days later, but not bad at all. For their prices plus free stuff, I still think its hands down worth it

With 1.5Ω at 5VDC, that's over 16.6W and 3.3 amps!

The max I can handle is 'bout 13W.

...yeah but, that is split over two coils so that is 8.3 per, about what the 1.7 single coil @ 3.7 puts out...I do know, it will noticeably heat up an aluminum drip tip...maybe not for all day but, it sure is nice with morning coffee and after supper with my Black & Mild juice.....
