cartomizer question

You can take the tank off of the battery, then blow a few times into the drip tip into a paper towel in an attempt to clear the air chamber. Chances are the carto is ruined though if you made the hole too large. You also could have punctured the air tube in the carto when you punched it.

This is exactly why I encourage new tank users to purchase pre-punched cartomizers initially. Those eliminate the human error aspect of punching your own, as you have discovered yourself. Once that you have gotten comfortable with the other aspects of cartotanking, you can give punching your own a trial.

Just a quick question... Did you fill your tank with juice with the top endcap off of the tank?

Thank you, and no I slide the tank up on the carto and tilted and filled it.

Ok, good. Some newbies mistakingly fill the tank with the carto all the way through the bottom cap and the top cap off. Then when the top cap is put on, the pressure of the full tank of juice floods the cartomizer.

Always fill a tank with both end caps on the tube.

I made that mistake once and learned my lesson, I was so mad!
