i have never used a carto setup but from what i'm reading i'm missing out on a wonderful thing... where's the best place to get a carto starter kit?? which one is the best and most recommended??

There are several vendors who sell the starter kits for a carto. The actual model is the KR808D-1. A lot of people here really seem to like Vapor4Life...I ordered mine from CigEasy, personally. I really like my setup.

Now it is all up to what you want... I would say go for a good price to test the waters and then later after you get some first hand experience you can search and inquire about which one is "better" or not or what to have to expand on your supply
I can tell you one thing for sure ANY supporting supplier here that sells kr8 you can't go wrong
