Cartomizer that will NOT get juice in your mouth?

Okay, so this is my biggest pain with vaping: getting the juice in my mouth, no matter how I hold the ecig, facing down, or what have you.

The greatest (and maybe only thing) about the safe cig, is that "catcher" in the cartomizer. Any blanks out there with the same function?

I'm not familiar with the Safe cig, but I am with cartomizers.

Take the cartomizer off the battery, and put a tissue on the threaded end that connects to the battery. Then blow thru the top of the cartomizer, blasting any excess juice out of the center (wick) and into the tissue. This is the juice that's spitting into your mouth.

Then just screw it back onto the battery and vape.

Dooter has the plan. Blowing the cart out does help. I've discovered the drip tips don't get the joose in your mouth as bad. Not as convenient when you're out and about, but they're pretty awesome for sitting around the house.

i use a drip tip even when i'm out and about, the regular flat ends just don't feel right anymore lol.

Juice in the mouth is usually caused by overfilling, whether you filled it or it came prefilled. Like Dooter said, blow it out a little bit and see if that helps.

I like using drip tips on my cartomizers also! Evolvist, are these prefilled cartos or are you filling them. If you are filling them, then you may be putting in too much juice.

Make sure you're only dripping around the sides to saturate the polyfill, dripping into the center can lead to mouthfuls of juice and leaking.

Safe Cig should have the same diameter as the 901. One option to avoid the e-liquid to splash (even after blowing out the cartomizer, they are a bit temperamental) is to take a regular cartridge, remove the filler and cut off the very bottom portion to about 2mm (leave just a little bit there). Insert the modded cartridge into the cartomizer. The inside cone, where you would normally have the filler, will act as a catch.

Wow, I just looked at the Safe Cig site, looks fairly pricey for what it is.
If you vape alot and don't mind the larger size, you should check out the e-go tank type units.
I've been using one for 5 days now, it's about the most hassle free way to vape.

Both of my parents started out on Safe Cig, I tried to steer them elsewhere, since SC is overpriced, underwhelming stuff. But they did it anyway. Then they tried my Ego-T and switched the next day and haven't looked back. Both then quit analogs after 40 years.
