So as many of you know (those who've been around long enough) Annette used to sell Bud Sapphires as a poly-fill free 510 form factor cartomizer. Now the Bud had a few die-hard supporters but it seemed to have many more people having a number of constant problems with them, ranging from constant really bad leaking to constant clogging. I don't know if it was an issue with manufacturing or how people were ordering their juices, but it was a big enough issue with not enough support for the product for Annette to keep it around. So since Annette ran out of her remaining stock a few months ago, we've been without a poly-fill free 510-style cartomizer offering from our (at least my) favorite vendor.
I wanted to start this thread as kind of a brain storming session to see what people have tried in the way of this kind of cartomizer. I've been doing some digging but I haven't come up with many options. One option that I did find on another vendor's site are the Vision Mini and Vision Nano. Both are the 510 battery diameter and differ only in the amount of e-liquid they can hold (i.e. the length of the tube). They both appear to be constructed of the same high-quality plastic that Annette's current Vision offerings are made from (excluding the Vision Stone and Vision eGo). This plastic is not susceptible to the melting/cracking caused by highly acidic juices as the completely clear polycarbonate cartomizers tend to be. They also seem to be based on the tried and (relatively) true technology already sold by Annette in the form of the aforementioned Vision cartos.
So my questions here are these:
I know that Annette said she would be looking for a replacement for the Bud Sapphire, but with all the success and expansion she's been having, I'm sure she's been busy mixing us our glorious juices with not much time to do the research. So I thought we'd be the good community and customers she's come to know and do the research for her. Personally I haven't had a chance to try the Mini or Nano, mainly because I'm too lazy to buy one thing from a vendor and Annette supplies me with everything else that I need. But if we need someone to try one of these for the sake of research I will gladly do so.
Sorry for being long winded, I write technical documentation a lot at work and it tends to bleed into my everyday writing as well...

- Has anyone tried the Vision Mini or Vision Nano?
- If yes, do they perform as well as their wider brethren?
- Does anyone know of any other offerings that are approximately the diameter of the 510 battery?
