In response to a lot of customer feedback and competition we've lowered the prices on cartomizers to 9.95 per 5 pack.

Also have set up quantity pricing starting at just 2 packs!

For the moment, yes. I will check into offering first class but it may have to be only on orders over a certain dollar amount (ie $60 or so) if we stick with priority flat rate

Why is that? I believe first class can only be used for mail 14oz or less. It should be used for smaller orders.

because that would involve weighing every order rather than doing bulk printing as we do now. Also, we receive our priority and express packing materials free of charge, first class doesn't offer this benefit.

You're right, I do want to make a profit off cartomizers. That is the point of a business, offering products and service people want and having them buy them from you.

We use flat rate envelopes for the majority, not boxes. This is pretty much the norm for most suppliers, check around.

Regarding the "going rate", sure, I know what some people charge but for instance V4L sells them at 10.95 and doesn't offer free shipping (maybe you should go bother them about this!)

My recommendation is:
Go open up your own shop and give the product away, until your store opens people can come to V9 for honest, good service, good products and quick turnaround.

For now, we are offering them at 9.95 + quantity discounts depending on how many you buy, no free shipping.

Well you lost another customer. Priority flat rate is not $7 and since you don't pay for materials you have nothing in it to mark up the rate to $7. You want more business be competitive and don't charge extra for shipping.

Actually we just want to be charged actually shipping charges not inflated ones so suppliers can make a buck off shipping.

Agreed, thank you. I try to run a reasonable business and treat customers right but some people want you to bend over backwards and nit pick every single thing you do..

Fair enough. I will check out my rates to see what is causing the difference in the USPS generated cost between actual.. As far as our cartomizer prices I'm going to keep them at 9.95 now and offer up to a 15% discount depending on quantity.. The last month has been a bit rough due to our last shipment being detained by the FDA but we hope to add some more flavors soon. I'll take a closer look at the competition and see what we might be able to offer you guys in the future to do better business
