Ok scottbee.. I do not have any mod's yet but waiting for Drew's!
I LOVE my Kr808.. The battery's last much longer and are more consistant than my 901 or 510's. I have my adapters for bith models to use those atty's on them and am loving this unit more and more each day! I also purchased some empties for this model and with the adapter I am liking them much more for me I like the extra airflow but NOTHING beats my greencig carts!

Hi Matt attack..
Did you know before you buy the kit you can try the carts to see if you like them first. Drew at Nhaler.com should have these back in a few days.
I do not have the green cig battery but I am hearing that it is a great ecig and I plan on adding one to cart this weekend.
The green carts are awesome and I have been making a few cart mod for these and dripping on these since July with no burnt taste at all and Not one carto has failed yet.. even after mangling them making the cart mods! I cant say enough god things about them! Hope this helps you some.. Lori B

I bought the KR from vapor kings, tried 4 different cartos and wasnt at alllll satisfied with the amount of vapor i was getting from it. I guess the only other options are Greencig, Greensmoke, VaporKing, or Vapre 51 (?).
Keyzygirl, how is your VK? Does it get you good vape?? Also, Ive heard that the KR and Greencig are compatable.. is the VaporKing compatable with GC or any other cartomizer???

After dripping and filling and every other sticky messy ecig thing,I love my VK and Im as happy as can be.No mess,no fuss just flavor and vapor baby.

Well that was probably your problem right there.

No need to drip or refill or any of that other stuff. You just pull a nice pre-filled cartridge out of the cellophane and put it on the atomizer. Vape away until the cartridge is done.. then discard it if you want to. Just like a cartomizer.. but substantially less expensive.

If you dripped, or dipped, or refilled, or modded.. well, that's be cause you WANTED to.... not because you had to. Very few people actually use the 3-piece in the manner it was designed to be used.

That being said... I would love the KR if it wasn't for the lackluster performance, poor quality control, and marginal ergonomics. That.. and I don't like the idea of inhaling burning/melting poly.

The prefilled for the 3 piece units taste bad.I have 25 prefilled 801 carts in my desk that Ill never use.I just prefer cartomizers. They taste much better.

Taste is subjective and personal. I'm surprised that you couldn't find a source for pre-filled carts with flavors that you liked.. but, oh well.

I have similar feelings about most Chinese PG flavors. Can't usually stand them. But I do have a myriad of favorite e-liquids. Nhaler, Vermont Vapor, DIYFlavorShack, Ecopure, etc.. etc.. Sadly I can't get ANY of those flavors or liquids in KR cartomizers. Not a one. So in order to use a KR cartomizer I either have to suffer through flavors that I can't stand... or go through the time consuming and messy ritual of rinsing out cartomizers... waiting for them to dry.. and refilling them. Sound familiar?

And then... after I've vaped away about 80% of my favorite liquid.. I have to worry about whether I have burned my filler or coil wrap... damaging my cartomizer and putting who-knows-what into my lungs.

Like I said.. I understand the convenience... especially if you like or can stomach the factory flavors. But it's only a so-so PV.

Curiosity got the better of me so I got a VK PT with 5 cartoz... just to see what it's like before I spend any more money. It's OK, I like it. But the Bud flavor cartoz taste weird. I have already refilled some. So, no -unless you want to spend as much money vaping as you did smoking- you're still messing with refilling etc. But I truly don't mind as I top off my and refillmy 801 all the time.

Do I like it better than my 801? Nope... but it is convenient when driving. :p
