Have you tried clearing your browser cache & cookies hittman? Give that a shot and/or try and different browser and keep me posted!

Hittman ... if that doesn't work, you can always open a new account. We've seen this issue maybe 2-3 times over a couple years. Not sure what causes it, but a fresh & new account seemed to do the trick.

After I talked to you about my login problems, I tried setting up a new account and placing an order. Evidentally even though it didn't appear to work, it did. I got one order with that email account yesterday and got a shipping confirmation today for the order with the old account. It's ok though. It really was a good price on the cartos and I will use them. By the way, I really like the looks of the logo and ohm rating on the stainless dc cartos. Very nice.
