Cartomizers without polyfil and how do they work?

The ones with the polyfil seem to waste so much juice.. What are some of the ones without the filler in them and how do they work.. who sells them.. I have the ego tank battery..
any help would be appreciated..

Got vapes CE2 fluxomizer are great IMO. I would look at some of the reviews and decide if you are willing to do a little bit of adjusting to get them working for your needs. I am an absolute chain vaper as I work from my home and rarely have to go into the office. For me the modding is a must to get good results. That being said they taste great, clean very easy, and waste little juice. My biggest concern with the polyfil was the eventual burning which worries me from a health concern (don't know if it is but I don't really want to find out either).
