Ok...just ordered some cartomizers, hope it was a good choice. Read some reviews, seemed that all were good, anyone have any words of advice?

Get some of those binder clips
like those. Pinch the ends to get the little wire thing out. Use the silver wire thing as a hook to get the tops off of the cartos
Works like a dream.
If the tops are a little hard to pop off, dip just the tip down into some boiling hot water and use the binder clippy tool thing (technical terms, yes I know) to pry it up while it's still warm. Also, there may be a little ring of residual glue in there... scrape an edge of it out, and lift it entirely out so it doesn't -restick-.
Lovin' the cartos! Overfilling was a problem at first for myself. Kept leaking out the bottom. But in time, I learned how empty they were. And how much it could hold just by *taste*. Hopefully, so will you

Seriously though, expect a couple of rough fill ups at first. I am still getting the feel for it, and like anything it will take a little practice. Only used the condom method so far, but plan to explore a couple others to find what I like the best.

I just got my cartos yesterday and At first i wasnt liking it, but i will say tonight they have grown on me and Im thinking i am liking it alot. I use the condom/silicon cap refill method and it is super easy

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I often wonder to myself if this new addiction to e cigs, isn't based almost entirely off the mad scientist part of the process. Everything is like getting a new toy, if you want to make it work the best, you have to play around with it. I love these new nicotine delivering puzzles.

Cartomizers are the best method for vaping I think. The only down side is the resistance values change and that makes some of them taste burnt. I save those for lower voltages and the others for the higher, like 5 volt, ranges.

I wondered about that too. I couldn't imagine how one would use a real condom in this case. Doh!

I am using Turbo Cartomizers from Vapor Nine and I'm telling you these things ROCK. They hold more juice than standard cartos and a great TH and vapor is awesome! Give them a try the next time you are ready to order. I won't use anything else.(till something better comes along)
I ordered some blank cartomizers to try and they came today. I didn't have any luck filling them the first time via condom method - I pushed slowly but it squelched up the sides and out over the top anyway.
But once I filled some by dripping I have to say, I'm liking them. I think the biggest factor is how consistent the vape is. The taste is there, better in some cases than with an atty and cart, and it's the same every time. I will be ordering more.

For some reason, I find it easier to fill KR808 cartos (which I don't like) via the condom method than I do the 510s. For them I use the drip method (with the Taryn spin.) There are a ton of good videos on YouTube on filling cartos.

Thanks for the video, looks easy enough to refill. This is kind of two fold on my part, one is for me in case my 601 dies while i am driving, and also for my dad, who I know will never take the time to refill his own carts. I'm trying to get him to make the switch, and figured the cartomizers would be an easy way for him to take care of himself with the e cigs.
