Cartos are easier on my batteries?

Recently I orderd a Lazer from Ikenvape that uses 3.7v 10440 AAA batteries. The first day I got it I was using the regular 510 cartridge/atomizer setup. I was getting very consisent vapor along with about a 3 to 3.5 hour battery life. The very next day I got my cartomizers in the mail. Since then, I have been using nothing but my 510 cartomizers (which are amazing by the way). With the cartomizers I am getting about 5 hours before a refil, and 4.5 to 5 hours on one battery charge!! HOLY CRAP!

I decided to give it a test run and, sure enough, the atomizer setup only lasted about 3 hours. I attached a cartomizer and a freshly charged battery about 8:30pm; right now it is 12:45am and still going strong.

So I posted this in confusion and amazement, what do you guys think? Are the cartos really making my batteries last longer or am I delusional?

nope not delusional..

Though I dont have any 510 cartos...to measure the resistance..

The more your resistance goes up the longer your batteries will last...
the most demanding atty is the LR and then the 510...and on up

Wow that's intresting. I kind of figured the resistance would be the same or even lower than my 510 atomizer because the are producing the same ammount (sometimes more) of vapor. Can that be explained?
