Cartos can be pretty nice, I use them all the time. If your Yeti is a big battery (say 450 mAh or larger capacity), I'd suggest the boge 2 ohm 510 cartomizer. If it's a smaller battery you might still like the Boge 2 ohm, but it will absolutely use it up faster, and may shorten battery overall lifetime.

Otherwise the standard resistance Boge cartomizers.

Ikenvapes is also very popular for 510 cartomizers, though I haven't tried them.

I am using the standard Boge
510 Blank Cartomizers

Re 510 batteries - the only other slim batteries they have are their 510 Mega xl batteries (280mah vs 180mah for the standard battery so about 1.5 times as long a charge). With atty and cart this will probably make the 510 at least 130mm long. With he Boge carto above I think it is more like 125mm

And there are PCC - portable charging cases (one size for the Mega, one size for the normal 510 batteries)

Right now I have one mega manual battery and one standard manual and I am trying to decide which size get a second battery of and a PCC... The 510 is better balanced in the hand with the short battery, the long battery has more charge.

The next step up past mega requires more equipment - that would be Joye Ego - the fat-battery version of 510 that also has a tapered cowl and need a different charger, different PCC. These give 650mah or more of battery charge (depending on size of Ego battery). The extra power also makes it possible to use harder hitting low resistance parts that run hotter and suck more power.

I'm in the process of switching from carts to cartos. I prefer the carts with a standard battery, but I can't seem to keep the things from leaking no matter how carefully I do everything. Also, I have to top off the cartos much less frequently. So far, of the four types I've tried (Boge, SLB, clearomizer, and some unknown variant), I think I prefer the 510 SLB softcap cartos from litecigusa. My next purchase will be the Ikenvape cartos, which I've heard great things about.

Are the cartos easy enough to refill?

Just depends on what cartos you get. Some need you to remove 3 plastic pieces, punch hole,
use a syringe and needle to fill.
Others, like the Boge soft tip, remove white soft tip, fill directly into the carto from your juice
bottle, replace tip and vape. Soooooo easy.
Good for hour or more and then just seconds to "top off" again.
Its the only thing I use.
