hey soo i havnt used cartos since i first started and was planning on picking up a pack for back up, i was just wondering though if i can fit smoktech cartos in a drip sheild and also if they are ok to use with cherry vape drip tips

you don't need a drip shield with a carto but I guess you could put one on if you like. If the cherry drip fits, use it. 
What voltage do you vape? That will determine the carto that would be right for you. Most of us like the resurrector at crystalclearvaping.. they are 1.7 smoktech.. I use them even though I have a vv device.

Gnardays, LR is a hindrance on a Darwin, only in that it burns the battery faster. 3 ohm is a good starting point for Darwin. As far as drip tips, as long as it is a 510-sized, it should work fine.
you can get 3.0 cartos at ccv also. I am trying to use up my stock of resurrectors and replace them with HR cartos and attys. I'm not getting the batt life out of my vv mod and I've come to realize that is the problem. I've got 2 more vv mods coming so I need to phase out the LR stuff.
I have a drip shield that I use when I use a 901 atty. While it does a good job containing the drips, it restricts the air flow a bit too much for my liking. I've got the plain black delrin and yea, it looks kinda cool but sometimes it's like trying to suck a thick milkshake through a straw.

donnah, yup, CCV is my fav carto vendor now. 15 for USD $20, with free syringe and two drip tips, hard to beat!
