I've dug around a little bit but this seems like the most direct route. I'm looking very specifically for SmokTech 45mm 1.5ohm dual coil cartos that I can buy in bulk. Anyone have a good source?

Short of ordering direct from China, Surevapes has the best carto prices that I'm aware of.
These guys have pretty good prices on cartos.
