So a LR 3.0 will provide a pretty warm vape, but just drain my batt more, correct?

A 3.0 is considered standard resistance. Below that, 2.0, 1.7, 1.5 would be low. Low resistance will drain battery quicker, but you get a warmer vape.

Wait.. Is that what you asked? :D

Lol yes! I think I got confused because I see cartomizers that have the LR in front of the OHM on it so I assumed it was a "special" LR carto if that makes any sense.

So I thought, for example, there was a 2.0 AND a LR 2.0. I've seen this described both ways and just thought there were two different kind.

I have been looking into carto tanks for a few days now but I have a quick question... I vape strictly 100% VG from VCV which uses some distilled water to thin it out a bit. I have been using exclusively BCC. Kanger T3S, PT2 and Davide. I have had 0 issues with clogging, wicking, etc..

I was wondering if anyone knew if I might run into problems with carto tanks. Or could someone recommend a good carto to use with VG juice

I really want to pull the trigger on an IBTank or Phiniac. My Provari will be in soon and I want a new toy to go along with it :vapor:

Oh those look great! I might have to place an order tomorrow. I am used to the BCC and from what I understand they give a cooler vape. I am pleased with what I have so would you recommend the 3 ohm or 2??

Depends on your battery. fixed 3.7 or ego, have to go with the 2 ohm, VV/VW , use the 3 OHM.

They used to have 2.5 Ohm stuff for egos and such and that you might have liked, but no more. The 3 Ohms are usually 2.8-3.0, but thats Very cool on an ego or fixed 3.7volt battery.

higher the ohm the cooler the vape the lower the ohm the warmer the vape for example: 1.5 ohm carto will be warmer than a 2.0 ohm carto

I love my carto tanks. Always looking for the next one to add to the collection.

So far I have tried these......and love them all.

    Phiniac
    Ibtanked
    One piece clean tank
505 vapes one piece hand blown glass
    Cyrus tank
    Depth charge
Do you have links for the Depth charge, Cyrus, and the 505 one piece???
Goggled them and came up with nothing.

    About a week on average.

IBTanked sells Smok carto's for 1.35 each if buying 20 or more. Using a VV/VW device, I enjoy the smok 3.2 ohm, 2 lazer punched, singe coil carto's. I use to use the LR carto's but I tend to burn them out rather quickly for my tastes.

Ikenvape puts out a good carto.

I've been vaping seven weeks now. I started on a carto tank and have been fascinated by all the other types of mods and whatnots.
With that said, the carto-tanks appear to be simpler to use. I don't understand why more people are not raving about them.

Its just "old vaping technology" ....... and for the most part works so well.

Carto tanks have been around a long time (relatively speaking in the vaping world)...so they are "old vaping technology". And yes...they DO work so well. Really really good, in fact!

I've tried a lot of things over the past 2 years of my vaping. Carto tanks were one of the first tank systems I tried. I moved on from them for awhile. But I'm back now, and now they are ALL I use. Not saying that I won't change my mind in future. But for now...and for the past few months...I have concluded the cartotank is the BEST vape for me! Most flavor, most vapor, best performance with the least amount of hassle.

You'll have issues with clearomizers if you're going to have issues wicking in cartomizers. If it's a really thick, sweet, and/or dark vg liquid, it probably won't work in any cartomizer. If it's similar to boba's bounty, it will be fine in single hole smoktech cartos. Three holes never hurt. I don't like the slots. I barely fill my tanks as it is, and I can just drill the holes out a little with liquid that's fussy from certain vendors.
