In another forum i found this post.

But a well known professor of e-cig tells me that in this order of atomizers holds up the best with a 6 volt. For what it is worth, this is how I would rate the atomizers I have used in order of most durable to least durable, 801, 510, 4081, 103, and 901.
Also, The Copper is suggested for use with the RN4081 atomizer. This atomizer is much more robust and can take some serious punishment. (During my prototype builds I had one stick on which fried the batteries, but I'm still using the same RN4081 today)

I have found the 510 mega cartomizers from Nhaler work very well at 6v. Soon as I start tasting something off I refill or top off. Using one with a drip tip and dripping works pretty good too. I have heard they are a higher resistance 3.4? maybe. I like them the best of all I have tried at 6. For 3.7 I like the turbos from Vapornine.

I second this!!

I am a firm user of nhaler's HR 510 cartos. I've used them exclusively since I went to 6v on my Silver bullet. No other carto would stand up to it but the HR ones last quite a while! My current one is 3.5 weeks into heavy 6v vaping and still going strong :D

They are a higher resistance...3.4 ohm vs. normal 510 attys at 2.2 - 2.5 ohm so they drop the voltage down slightly. To a sweet spot really! Give 'em a shot, I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

I agree, I have some of the NHALER mega carts and they work great with my Indulgence and GGTS at 6v. They are a bit noisy, haha, but as long as they are wet, they are fine. Just don't hold the button down too long--a little goes a long way!

I've been using KR808D cartomizers from AltSmoke for some time at 6v. I have yet to burn any filler. I removed the filler from about 5 older ones trying out that deal with "dripping" with them. Unfortunately I also managed to rip out the socks on 3 of those along with the filler (you're suppose to leave the sock in there). The socks weren't burnt either. Dirty brown looking from the juice but not burnt or melted in any way. I've found the 901s (also from AltSmoke) to be the most durable attys. My feeling on attys is that manufacturer quality control is terrible and the variance is large. With 510s I've had a number of them last about 2 days and others from the same batch last weeks. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm just working on a great bunch of 901s currently. I think I started with a bad bunch of 801s and went through 4 out of 5 immediately. The last one I used for only a few minutes and decided I didn't like them. The 901s generally run about 3.0 ohms or a bit more so they don't trip my protected CR2s like the 510s so I'm going with them for now along with the KR808Ds (although some of those are too low resistance wise and trip the batteries).

I just tried my new mega 510 cartos from Nhaler and really like them. Using a shorty drip tip. Filled them, did the spin, filled more etc. Then just drip to refill. I really like them @ 3.7 on my 18650 (prob cause it runs @4.2 so long). I tried 6V and yes it works, but produces a lot more heat...

Has anyone broke one of these down after 6V use to see if it's burning the material? The regular 510 cartos where burning the poly and sleeve @ 3.7 volts, but where working great on my tornado @3.2v...
