Cartridge Tips

I like your cartridge tips (I ordered 5 packs recently), but I note the company that makes them switched from a rubbery/soft plastic to a really hard and sharp plastic. This makes them a bit uncomfortable to use, and I also had the problem of one snapping that I dropped. Could you speak with you distributor about this? The old plastic was better.

Otherwise, I am getting ready to order more stuff. I am enjoying my passthroughs, and am wowed over and over again by your excellent service.

BTW - Do you know when you will have pink push-button PTs again? I want to get one for my friend, as she is expressing an interest in e-cigs again.

Hi there,

I'm not sure if you are referring to the 901 or 801 carts but we've always carried the soft tip 801 carts (unless they snuck a hard plastic pack in on one of the cartons) and the 901 carts I've never had in soft plastic because they don't make them.

Or are you perhaps talking about the 510 carts?

Yes, I am talking about the 901 tips. I had never ordered cartridges from you guys before, but I have ordered that brand of tips elsewhere. There is nothing wrong with them per say, it is just a very different grade of plastic compared to other companies I have dealt with, and the plastic they used in the past.

It is hard to find too much consistency with anything PV right now, but that is just the way it is because it is still a young and growing industry.

Hmm, I've never seen soft tip 901s before. Be aware that many different factories use that same box.

You are exactly right with the consistency...it changes even with the same factories.

Right, and they're not "rubbery" as I poorly described earlier, just a smoother plastic. It is weird, and almost something you could only understand by handling them in person. Still, they are decent tips.
